We are thrilled to announce that Radian Photography is growing our team! After much thought and consideration, we are hiring an Associate Photographer to join us for an exciting, creative role focused on capturing moments and serving our clients well on wedding days.

What We’re Looking For in Our New Associate Photographer
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has a natural eye for photography and a passion for the art
- Brings a great work ethic, is organized, and can take responsibility for getting the job done
- Is open to learning and values personal and professional growth
- Enjoys working within a team, is reliable, and communicates well
- Ideally has some basic camera skills (experience in wedding photography is a plus, but not required!)
Skills can be taught; finding someone with the right mindset and fit for our team is most important to us.

Is this a full-time or part-time position?
Neither! This is a contract position for 5-8 weekends per year (and potentially some weeknight evenings), allowing flexibility to work alongside another job if needed.
What is the pay for this position?
The pay for this position will depend on your experience and skill level, but it starts at $50/hour. We’re committed to compensating fairly based on the value you bring to the team as you grow in your role.
Do I need to have experience as a professional photographer?
No! While prior experience is beneficial, we’re more focused on finding someone who aligns with our values and has a teachable spirit. We’ll provide the training and support you need to grow into this role.
