Looking for a beautiful intimate outdoor wedding venue? Look no further! The Pavilion at Nicks Road is a perfect spot to plan and host your micro wedding.
With COVID pushing more weddings to be outside and smaller than people were planning for, we have been on the lookout for some good alternatives for our clients. We have shot at The Pavilion at Nicks Road before and think it’s a gorgeous spot for weddings.
We planned a short editorial shoot with the team there to show off some of the beautiful spots where you can get ready and tie the knot on their property. Both of these couples are already married and have been about a year, but we were touched by their stories — both are high school sweethearts and so know each other super well! We love how relaxed and ready for laughs they both were!
Kabrina and Josh
We love that PNR has so many options for our couples, and, as we experienced, looks beautiful even in the rain! Kabrina and Josh were married last year in Jamaica, and we started by photographing Kabrina in the bridal suite so that we could wait out the rain. Eventually, we made our ways outside anyway. One of our favorite features at PNR is the covered Pavilion. It made a great spot to wait out the rain!
There are so many other little, beautiful spots for an intimate outdoor wedding at PNR as well. Kabrina pulled some apples from the trees in the orchard, and she and Josh stayed dry under an arbor of grape vines!
Katherine and Manuel
Next up, we got to photograph Katherine and Manuel, also married last year! They didn’t have a professional photographer for their wedding, so we are so excited for them to have these images! They set out for a sunset under the pecan tree and then we headed out to the open fields with them for a champagne toast! These two were so much fun and we loved how these images of them turned out!
