We couldn’t believe how beautiful Carly and Warren’s wedding was! When Carly reached out to us to ask us to photograph their big day, she told us about how she wanted the wedding to feel formal and elegant, while Warren wanted a more relaxed day that was truly “them.” With the help of an awesome vendor team, we think they did an amazing job pulling that off! The King’s Daughters Inn in Durham, NC, with its vintage details and stunning ceremony room, was the perfect back drop for this wedding. We got a little black and white happy too – but can you blame us?
As Carly prepared to walk down the aisle with her dad, I asked her, “How are you feeling? Are you nervous?” With a small, peaceful smile, she shook her head to say no. I guess that’s what it feels like when you marry someone you feel totally comfortable with! Surrounded by their friends, family, and children, Carly and Warren truly celebrated in a way that was timeless, yet so, so “them.” Thanks for including us – we were so glad to be there to photograph your day!
